Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once an invoice is paid, services are considered rendered and are therefore non-refundable. However, if payment is made in advance for future services, and we are unable to deliver the agreed results (such as generating clients), we will issue a refund within 10 days of determining non-performance. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and transparency  

Ongoing monthly services require a 5-day written notice of any changes to services and a 10-day written cancellation, so that any third-party resources that are used for your project can be properly cancelled. This notice may be presented in writing by emailing admin@sublimemarketng.net Please be sure that we have acknowledged receipt of your request.  

Cancellation of services, Client can terminate our services at any time with or without a cause, after 10-day written notice. If without cause, Client shall upon termination pay all unpaid and undisputed amounts due for Services completed prior to notice of termination. 

Our refund, cancellation, and service policies are clearly outlined in the proposal and Scope of Work provided to you before signing the Service Level Agreement (SLA). We strongly encourage you to review and fully understand these policies before accepting any proposal or signing the SLA.
